I don’t like Wednesday weigh ins. I like to splurge after weigh ins. There nothing like dropping weight for the week, then eating some pizza that night, enjoy your weekend with some mildly not great eating habits and then start the full on dieting all over on Monday. The problem with Wednesday is I have that same urge to splurge on Wednesday night, and it continues through the weekend. I can’t wait for this weight loss challenge at work to end, so I can move my weigh ins back to Friday.
I stayed the same this week. That’s ok. I’m good with that. I just need to have a little more self control.
