We had 3 day park hopper passes, but wanted to use them Sat – Mon. So, Friday we walked to Disneyland to cruse around Downtown Disneyland for some shopping. Walking there was GREAT! The hotel said there were 1.5 blocks away… Blocks my ass! It was miles, not blocks.  3 miles round trip. That night we met up with Patricia’s friends Steve and Mel. They were funny. We had a great time.

Saturday we did Disneyland. We did my favorite ride first, Space Mountain. That was a painful experience.  The seats have changed, or I have grown (gotten fat), because I had to wedge myself in. My ass didn’t even touch the seat. The lap bar only did one click down, and as we started to go up the first ramp I started to panic. I pulled down as hard as I could. The lap bar clicked again. That click was wonderful and painful. My nuts got smashed even harder, but now I didn’t fear I was going to fall out. Anywho, we did all the other normal Disneyland crap that day.

Sunday we met my buddy Mike and his new GF Ali for breakfast. It was good seeing him, but it made me a little home sick. Ali was great. I approve of her. While at breakfast it poured rain. We were lucky. It didn’t rain the rest of our day. We went to California Adventure and did all the normal things there too.

Monday we did both Disneyland and California Adventure. We rode the Tower of Terror. That’s my new favorite ride. It’s not often my fat ass gets lifted out of my seat! That night we were supposed to meet up with Sandi and crew. Things happened and we weren’t able to meet her wife, and oldest son, but we got to meet Sandi and her youngest son. We went to Dave & Buster’s. Sandi kicked my ass at a basketball game, proving home much I suck at basketball.  She has photo proof of her kicking my ass. Maybe she’ll send the photo so I can post it and publicly humiliate myself a little more.

Monday we had an afternoon flight home. We got breakfast, check out of the room, and hung by the pool until the shuttle came.

We had a great trip. I wish our vacation was longer. Here’s some photos. I’m not sure if the new photo blog format works well when telling a story like this. I tried to put them in order though.

Enjoy!

1. I went to the dollar store and bought a bunch of paper cups
2. Went to 2 other stores looking for a bag of marbles. Old fashion marbles are hard to find it the age of electronic toys. I even contemplated using gum balls.
3. I filled one cup with marbles, placed a piece of paper on it, flipped it upside down, placed it on the desk and pull the piece of paper out from under it.
4. Placed the remaining cups around her cube (There is still some cups in her drawer that she hasn’t found).
5. Sat down at my desk and thought that she might get suspicious that all of the cups were empty, and start testing them to see if one was filled with something. (Maybe I was over paranoid.)
6. Had a powwow with my teammates about what I should hide in the other cups.
7. Print off a bunch of clean SFW jokes.
8. Cut the sheet of jokes into individual jokes.
9. Fold up the jokes and randomly place them under the cups.
10. Wait for boss lady to come back on Friday.

This worked GREAT! She was surprised and over analyzed it. She questioned “Why cups? Did I leave my cup somewhere?” Then she moved a cup and found a joke and laughed. Moved some more cups and found more jokes. Soon she was lifting the cups up like a mad woman, and BAM! The marbles crashed to the desk and floor. SUCCESS!

First let my say that I hate clothing on dogs unless it has a purpose. I bought Jade a new hoodie. She gets cold and shivers when I take her on walks outside with out one.

It's PANCAKE TIME!!! Someone in the building invited everyone for pancakes from 10am-12pm on Saturday.

Couldn't help but think about Kirk when I saw this. If it wasn't $30 I would have bought it.
