I’m ok with this. I gained a pound. BUT! I’ve been on vacation, and I weighed in mid day. I usually weigh in first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. So, in my eyes I lost or stayed the same this week. We’ll see what happens next week.

Down 2.5lbs this week! Just 3.5lbs to go to get back down to my lowest point before the holidays. I hope I can keep it off this next week while in Disneyland. Maybe all of the walking will really help. Only time will tell.

I don’t like Wednesday weigh ins. I like to splurge after weigh ins. There nothing like dropping weight for the week, then eating some pizza that night, enjoy your weekend with some mildly not great eating habits and then start the full on dieting all over on Monday. The problem with Wednesday is I have that same urge to splurge on Wednesday night, and it continues through the weekend. I can’t wait for this weight loss challenge at work to end, so I can move my weigh ins back to Friday.
I stayed the same this week. That’s ok. I’m good with that. I just need to have a little more self control.

Yep, it’s weigh in day. I really didn’t want to weigh in today. I haven’t been the best dieter, but I still lost 1.5lbs this week. I must have been doing something right. That’s a total of 20.5lbs lost for a slim 415lbs.

Boy, you sure don’t lose it like your gained it. Down a pound and a half from last week. I can’t complain. I’m still headed down.

Oh boy. Hello 5lbs I recently lost. I missed you. Valentine’s Day was good to my belly. Lots of good food and tasty treats. I’ll have a better weigh in next week.

Oh yea! On the way down! I’m 4lbs away from where I was before the holidays. This week I lost another 3lbs. Total weight = 413lbs. We’re back on track. Eating at home and bringing lunch to work sure does help. It’s hard to control myself when we go out to eat. If I can have a good weekend than I should have a good loss next week too.

I am +.5lbs. Not bad considering the week I’ve had. This is the first of my new Wednesday weigh ins, so I’m sure that if my weigh in was tomorrow then I would be at 0 or -1. That puts me back to 416lbs. Next week should be a good week. I feel motivated. Not sure why, but I do. See ya Wednesday!

Its official. 20 lbs total lost (again). Weighed in this morning at 415.5lbs. Surprising really. The last few days have been rough. I must have had a good week over all. Tuesday night I gorged myself silly on pizza, and last night we went to a Yelp event (I’ll blog more about that later). There was all kinds of non-diet friendly food there.
I’ll also be switching my weighs to Wednesdays. The weight loss challenge at work requires that I have my team’s weight submitted by noon on Wednesday. So, I’ll be posting my weight on Wednesday.

It’s been a good week. Another 2.5lbs lost this week. That brings my total loss to 19lbs and current weight to 416.5lbs. I hope I can keep this graph going in the downward direction. Sub 400 here I come!
